What is Dual Messenger?

You can utilise two separate accounts for the same app with the Dual Messenger feature. A second app icon will show on your Home screen once you’ve enabled it. You will be able to send and receive messages to a second account from there. On the second version of the app you’re replicating, make sure you’re using separate credentials. You can easily and swiftly operate the same software for two different accounts, whether at home or at work.

How to set up Dual Messenger and WhatsApp?

Here are the steps:

  • Go to Settings
  • Find and tap on Advanced features
  • Tap on Dual Messenger
  • There you can see all the Social Apps, tap on WhatsApp to turn on the Dual Messenger for WhatsApp and Install that.

Secure Folder is where you may keep all of your private images, videos, files, programmes, and data. It’s a secure environment that uses Samsung Knox’s defense-grade security platform to keep your sensitive data safe from hackers. To keep it safe from prying eyes, you can add an extra biometric lock (Iris and Fingerprint), pattern, password, or PIN.

However, With Samsung’s “Secure Folder,” you can use a separate Android interface. It generates an entirely new version of Android software for you, allowing you to add and instal all of the apps available on Google Play. Samsung created Knox to allow users to separate home and work tasks, but it can be used for any purpose.

How to Use 2 WhatsApp With Secure Folder in Samsung devices

Secure Folder is available on all Samsung devices, if you can’t find yours then follow the bellow steps to enable your Secure Folder on your Samsung phone.

  • Go to Settings.
  • Find and Tap on “Biometrics and security” on Android 9 or “Lock screen and security” on Android 7 or 8.
  • Find “Secure Folder” and tap on it.
  • Register with a Samsung account and that’s it.

Follow these steps to Use two WhatsApp with Secure Folder:

  • Open Secure Folder.
  • Tap on the + icon beside the 3 dots on the above right corner.
  • Find WhatsApp and tap on Add.

That’s it. From now on, the new WhatsApp icon shortcut is added to your Secure Folder. Open it and register that with our new number and enjoy using two WhatsApp on one Samsung phone.
