How to Show Internet Speed Meter on Taskbar in Windows 11

It’s quite simple to show Internet speed on Android smartphones. In fact, most manufacturers include it as a standard feature. However, there is no such native option in Windows, therefore you must rely on third-party applications to install a net speed meter. In this post, let’s see How You Can Show Internet Speed Meter on Taskbar in Windows 11.

Unfortunately, not everyone has access to a fast and dependable internet connection. Some of us still have to deal with internet issues on a regular basis, such as when the internet stops working or speeds drop dramatically. It’s unclear whether the issue is caused by the app or the network. Thankfully, Internet speed meter tools come to the rescue. By enabling Internet Speed on Windows 11 and 10, we can understand the problem.

As I mentioned above, to display internet speed on the taskbar, we’ll use third-party software named Net Speed Meter. Net Speed Meter is a desktop application that displays information about your Internet connection speed. The meter is set to stay on top of all other open windows, so you won’t miss the upload and download speeds. On your Windows PC, we may use the Internet Speed toolbar to check our network’s upload and download speeds.

So, let’s get started:

Step 1: First open Microsoft Store then go to the search bar and search for Net Speed Meter.

Or click here to download and install it from the Microsoft Store.

Step 2: Once installed, click on Open.

Step 3: You’ll be asked if you want Net Speed Meter to stay on your taskbar; select Yes to confirm.
